So I've taken my time to write this review....and so far I love this sauna!!! It doesn't take up much room, and from the time you fill the container with water to the time you are sitting in a steam sauna is about 10-15 minutes.Packaging was great. Assembly really wasn't that bad. There are a series of poles and connectors and there is a crude diagram that shows how to piece together the rods - there are long and short rods, and straight and corner connectors. Once you know where to use the long vs. short rods, then the rest comes together pretty easily. It comes with an extra "tray" that is water resistant. So once you have the frame put together and have zipped the cover on, then that whole assembly sits in the "tray".You will get the heater for boiling the water, two rubber hoses, a small white connector for the hoses, and a plastic bowl with a strainer inside. I found nothing for how to use these items - I had to figure it out myself. One hose connects to the heater. The small white connector is two pieces....on the bottom side of the sauna enclosure you will see a small hole. One side of the connector goes on the inside, the other on the outside, and they screw together. Then you connect the hose from the heater to this connector. The other hose connects on the inside of the sauna and connects to the plastic "bowl". The strainer goes in the bowl, and then it has a lid that twists on. The purpose of this is to distribute the heat more evenly. I've tried it without the lid on this bowl, and you get much more direct heat - it creates some hot spots near your legs, but it also makes things warmer inside.The folding chair is nice and small. I am 6'5" and I fit well inside. I can't stand up straight, but if I push the chair to the back, I can sit fine and have leg room.The sauna is AMAZING once its set up. I play some music outside and just sit in there for about 20 mins every other day in the evening and I have been sleeping much better!I would highly recommend the seller update their instructions as that was a bit of a challenge. But now that it's all together, I absolutely love it.

This sauna works very well. It generates plenty of heat and is large enough for most any adult. At the current price, it's a very good value. But describing it as "portable" is misleading.It's reasonably easy to set up. The rods are well labeled as "A" or "B". The instructions adequately diagram how the frame needs to be assembled and this only takes a few minutes. Fitting the bottom, top, and finally the sides to the frame could be described better. And if you're setting it up in a small area as I was (a shower stall), it can be a tight squeeze. How to attach the steamer and outlet box together could be shown better. Operation of the steamer isn't described anywhere, although it isn't that difficult to figure out.Consider carefully where you want this. It's light and easy to move around a room. But moving it to another room requires complete disassembly as the frame will not fit through a standard door opening. And you won't want to disassemble it after each use. In other words, wherever you decide to put it, it will always be there. In addition, the steamer attaches to the sauna with a short hose, requiring you to place the steamer outside of the sauna on its right side. The steamer is then plugged into a power outlet with a very short cord. You'll need a power outlet behind or just to the right of the sauna, and close to the floor, to avoid having to use an extension cord. Also, you'll want it to be easy to reach as even when off, the steamer lights up when plugged in even if it's off. For safety reasons, I keep it unplugged except when in use.When you want to use the sauna, you'll need about ten minutes for steam to be produced and the temperature to rise. You'll see the clear plastic window steam up and steam will escape when you unzip the sauna to get in. You then zip the door shut from the inside. Don't lose track of where the zipper is! It's somewhat dark inside, even with the room light on, and fumbling around to locate the zipper when you've had enough of the heat is not a pleasant experience. (In an emergency, you can quickly unzip the window to get some cool air.The floor of the sauna is plastic lined to catch any moisture. I found that after use, the condensed moisture quickly evaporates if the door is left open. Protection of the carpet or flooring under the sauna shouldn't be a concern.

This Portable Sauna from Sidasu is pretty great. The assembly instructions were unclear at some points, but it's not a complicated setup so we were able to use a little common sense to "fill in the blanks." We have this sauna set up on our back porch and it steams up well in about 10-15 minutes. I would feel comfortable setting it up inside with the little drip-catch floor that they include, but the porch was best space near a power outlet our home could offer.There is enough room for one person, but a little more space would have been nice. It also would have been nice to have just a little more length to the power cable; although a reasonable length, another foot or so would have given us the flexibility we needed to set it up indoors without risking an extension cord (generally discouraged for anything heat generating, though a heavy gauge cord would do the trick).

It gets really hot! At the max setting I can only last about 10 min. The set up is pretty quick, and it's not that big, so I leave it put together, but in the corner of the room.Very happy with it, exactly what I wanted!

This sauna is pretty awesome. Setup was very easy and quick. The shell feels strong and has padding and insulation in it. I was surprised by both how small, yet comfortable I was in it. ( I am 6'2" 265lbs) The steam generator is interesting, it has adjustable settings and a timer, but is a bit slow and the steam amount isn't as high as you think. It does work well, but I recommend letting it build up for 10-15 minutes first and it will be a better experience. Overall the experience is definitely worth the money.
