Sauna is my favorite after doing pilates, and it needs space and not cheap to build a in house sauna. Good to have this foldable sauna box, it easy to set it up, heats up fast. The remote control allows me to set the temperature I want with the 16 different levels. I was a little worried about the safety, but after find out there's auto cut off power function when the water level is very low, I feel safe and comfortable when using it now. Especially like the steam box, I can add my favorite scent and herbs in, it helps my blood circulation and mind relaxation. It really gives me the home spa experience and mind healing, enjoy it every night.

My friend turned me on to this indoor sauna and I had been looking for something just like this so I was excited to give it a try. The first thing I noticed was that it was really simple to set up and that even though it's portable and soft-sided, it feels really sturdy and well put together.Okay fast forward to turning this puppy on. It heats up so fast! Now after the gym I am able to come home and hit my own personal sauna, the portability is also cool, I've moved it from my home office to the garage and it's easy, a seriously cool product.

We are very impressed by this compact portable steam sauna and hope it will keep us healthy during the cold winter months and beyond. Out of the box it was easy to put together and start using. The directions were a little vague, but assembly was fairly intuitive and there weren’t a lot of components to put together. Parts include: (1) A flexible, pop-up “tent†with a zippered “door†and one-person capacity, which does not get hot on the outside, so could be placed near a wall without worrying about excessive heat causing damage. (2) A sturdy electric boiler with a digital readout to adjust temp and time and automatic shut off if the reservoir runs dry. (3) Two heavy duty tubes—a shorter one to connect from the outside of the tent to the boiler and a longer one to connect from the inside of the tent to the steamer. (4) A hose coupling to connect the hoses. (5) A small plastic steam generator to create the heat and steam inside the tent and (6) A remote control for regulating time and temp of the boiler, presumably for use inside the tent.The kit also includes a small folding chair to sit on inside the tent that was adequate to support my 5’11†200 pound husband. He questioned whether the small chair size would support taller and larger users and they might be tempted to sit on the tent floor, which he would not recommend due to close proximity to the steam generator and potential burn risk. Using the chair is mandatory.RECOMMENDATIONS: The sauna takes about 10 minutes to heat up and reach an adequate steam level inside the tent. We did not take the temp inside but it does get hot, so make sure the steam generator is pushed to the side away from your feet. We also recommend not putting the chair inside when the sauna is heating up. These safety recommendations really should have been included on the directions.We also feel the tube insertion point should not have been put on the front of the tent, but rather on the side of the tent so there was no possibility of tripping or accidentally touching the hose and coupler, which get very hot. Putting the hole on the side would also have allowed the steam generator inside to be more safely positioned to avoid your feet. These were the reasons for the one-star rating reduction. Other than that, we love this little sauna and look forward to using it as often as we can.

It's fantastic to have this sauna inside your home. I use it daily, after working out. It took me less than ten minutes to set things up. Directions are simple to follow. So far, it has surpassed all of my expectations in just one week. It takes about 15 minutes to reach temperature.

We live in the North and we’re so tired of the cold. So, even though I got this for my husband for Christmas, he had to try it out right away. Setup was easy and it works great. He’s been sitting in it every night!
