I have this mount clamped to the roof access ladder of my 5th wheel RV. I also have a similar mount attached to the roof rack cross bar to my work SUV.I found that just removing the SL mini to be more efficient and more convenient than undoing the mount and cables. The cables have xt60 connectors for quick disconnects at the dish. So the mounts and the cables stay on the each vehicle and I just simple remove the dish from one to the other with ease.This mount is a great option. Highly functional, holds the SL Mini well in to place. A sturdy solid mount worthy to stand up to the wind, rain, snow, ice, and road grime. It easy to install, the claw clamps when winched down have strong griping hold. The included adapter works great with included SL adapter with full confidence and ease. This mount is extremely easy to use, it looks great, and performs with full expectation.Highly recommend for good quality material and build. Affordable and performs with ease.

I used this mount to attach a microphone holder to a music stand. It worked well for that use. It is very strong and sturdy with positive notches for the angle adjustment. My only complaint is the adjustment handle is a bit large and gets in the way for my application.

this was easy to setup. It looks really durable and very sturdy. the mount is adjustable and easy to attach to the starlink. We have it on our back ladder of our rv. My husband says it looks strong enough where we can leave it there while driving, but I'm not a fan of that idea so i can't say one way or the other.
