This thing is great for stretching calves. I have Achilles tendinitis and use it to stretch my calves. The surface grips your feet well so you don’t slip. The angle adjustments are nice and it’s very portable. Seems solid.

This is very similar to the slant board I use at PT. It is sturdy and folds up nice and compact when not in use.

The calf stretch board is well made and looks just like the one at the PT office. I like that you can adjust the slope of stretch.
