This dish is beautiful. I bought it specifically as a souffle dish but have used it repeatedly as a serving dish when guests are here. It's big, it's absolutely beautiful and very sturdy. I would buy this again or even better, I'll look for other dishes in this line.

As I poured my caramel into a brand new dish, I hear a loud cracking noise and see a split form across the bottom and up the side. Shoddy, dangerous and the printed designs are not crisp or even pretty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, OR MONEY.

Even though it is made in China, this is actually one of my favorite pieces of Botanic Garden bakeware. The quality is very nice, and the scale of the decoration is especially sweet and pleasing. At 3 3/8" deep and with a 2-quart capacity, it also makes a great small casserole, salad serving bowl, or open vegetable dish. A very useful and pretty piece!

I ordered 2 of these and I should have ordered more. I love the weight, design, size, flexibility, and feel of these bowls. They look fabulous when I set the table and really make me happy when I set my table. They add just the bit of life and color needed. Love, love, love these bowls.

the ceramic is quite thin, so cooking can be uneven. You'll need to lower your temp.
