It's perfect! It's really well built and the zipper is high quality. Just so in case anybody doesn't realize, it comes empty and you have to fill it up yourself. I used towels and cloths and some shirts and pajamas lol. It's a terrific item

This item is soft and cozy, so we repurposed it as a pillow instead of returning it. However, as an ottoman, it falls short. It's too low, causing hip strain, and lacks the necessary rigidity to function effectively as a footstool.

As the reviews said, it only comes partially stuffed. I had to fold bath towels around the inside sides to make it hold its shape and fold two throws in the center inside just to make it stand up. You definitely can't sit on it or you'll sink - it isn’t at all sturdy. But it's pretty and very soft.

When you rest your feet on this ottoman, your feet almost go to the floor. I had to pack a pillow in it to even get it close enough to support my feet. Picture is deceiving. Not an option for a little kid to sit on. Not fully filled and not worth the cost. Soft fabric is the only nice thing about it.

I am so very disappointed in this ottoman. It was $55.00 and for that price I expected quality and instead received a blob of mush. The pillow insert is soft and way too small. I had to insert and extra pillow and my feet are practically still on the ground. I spent 20 minutes trying to puff up the stuffing. To add insult to injury the color is nothing like the photo, and yes, I carefully chose the color I wanted. Instead of cream color it’s tan/brown. And lastly it was all stuffed into a plastic bag and looks like a wrinkled mess, nothing like the foot rest in the photos. Save your money

Bought two of these to go with new furniture that I bought. The furniture store wanted $500 for 1 ottman. These were perfect, I had to add some old towels and shirts to firm it up some, but it matched my furniture perfectly.
