My son has been doing drills at his soccer academy and this just allows me to bring that practice and exercise home with me. Now he can do it any time and it works just as well. He's 5 years old and he loves helping pick up the cones and laying them down, as well as doing the agility ladder. The quality is nice and it feels like a legit training area when it's all set up. Which my son loves.

I purchased this for initially for training for my son when he started soccer. I ended up donating it to our soccer coach because he started each practice with footwork drills with the 7 year old kids. Great buy and I would buy it again.

the ladders really nice and i haven’t used the cones a lot but i really like the set that comes with it. i also really love the bag it comes in and i carry them around my football bag. would recommend if needed
