These are good pads for replacing worn parking brake shoes, but I have to say... I absolutely HATE replacing parking brake shoes!

The brake shoes delaminated on the parking brakes of my 2016 Ram 1500. Bought these to undertake the painful and time consuming job of replacing them. Ram service manual calls for axle removal to access the parking brakes. Thank God for Youtube videos by people way smarter than me showing you it can be done without pulling the axles. It CAN be done, but it ain't fun.These brake shoes fit perfectly and hold the vehicle properly at the boat ramp. I like the oversized holes for the holding pins, it makes it easier to mount in tight spaces. The machining and final finish looks first class and it's hard to tell them apart from OEM parts. They don't appear to be riveted, only bonded. The OEM shoes were not riveted and they lasted 60,000 miles so, I should be OK.
