The item was just as described. I have a 2014 Honda Civic. It came really well packed in the box, all pieces as described was included. I didn't install it myself but the mechanic said it was a great fit. It's the second time i got this brand, and the durability of the last one is still going after more then one year. The performance of this item is great. Will definitely be buying again once I need it.

it was surprising small as this was my first time changing rear brake pads that doubled as the parking brake. the shims were confusing to figure out how to be installed on my car but that is not against the product as the user, me, had no prior experience changing this style of brakes on my car but aside from user based issues the pads work great and while anything will be better than my old worn out pad these were inexpensive and functional.
