I’ve never purchased a lever belt and accidentally ordered the incorrect size! I called the customer service number and the service representative was so amazingly helpful and made sure I got what I needed! Aside from that, the actual product is amazing and works perfectly. Durable material and easy to put together and adjust, just need a screwdriver.It is comfortable and adequately supports my lower back to alleviate any extra strain. It’s made lifting heavier so much easier and feels much safer in general. If you’re contemplating getting one, you should definitely take the opportunity and it’ll really help out in many ways. Give your lower back and spine a little relief.

I purchased this belt on Amazon January 15, 2025. My son used it for 2 powerlifting meets before one of the prongs broke away from the lever. I am unable to locate the contact information for customer service/support. Its a great belt I just think that we received one with a defective prong.It did not take long after posting this comment that the company reached out to me and made good on the broken lever. Top notch and speedy reply. Thank you

When I received the product one of the screws for attaching the belt had a manufacturing error that made it unusable. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded quickly and issued me a partial refund, since I was able to buy a replacement part.I've only used the belt itself a couple times but it works well. The lever is very convenient. Parts look durable.

I typically do not write reviews, but the quality for the price is superb. It is replacing a Dark Iron belt that lasted 5.5 years.For half the price, we will see…Only drawback is that if you lose or gain weight, you need to adjust the screw lock. This means that most likely IT CANNOT BE SHARED unless you are willing to adjust the screws.
