I got these for joining my hoses to my cyclone device. The work very well. Easy to tighten with the flat knobs on the clamp. NO tools neede.

Like many other commenters I ordered these and they’re incorrect my fault not the products fault. I bought these for my Rocker Dust Right Hose kit. Rocklers dust hose is a right hand spiral. My only minor complaint is that the outfeed from the clamp passes right under the thumb screw making it difficult to turn until enough outfeed passes that you can pinch down and make turning easier.

For a 4 inch bridged hose clamp, these work great. The very last thread is at the 4 inch mark. I feel it should have had about a quarter inch more threads. These were for the left hand wired dust collection hose which is the industry standard. Rockler has proprietary right hand thread hose and bridged clamps. Make sure you are getting what you need, left hand or right hand. I would have given this a 5 star if it had a few more threads for the screw to catch on. I purchased a 10 pack and will get more if needed. Powertec is the only brand that I can find in the 4 inch bridged hose clamps (other than Rockler which is bridged in the opposite direction than what I need). Over all, this is a good purchase.

These hose clamps work great, they are for left hand spiral dust collection hose, No tools needed to tighten or remove. They don't have to "climb over the wire spirals in the hose the way the standard hose clamp works.

These were used for exhaust ducting at a laser cutting facility. They work, but they are not as easy to use as I imagined they would be, as the thumb screw interferes with the ridges on a flexible 6" hose. Wanted to use them for tool-less swapping of fans, but would up using standard hex screw hose clamps in the end.Quality product, just didn't suit the task I purchased them for.

Used to clamp dust collector hose to 4†hood.the offset of the clamp works excellent, as it is always clamping the hose, and not the reinforcement wire. Only small issue is when you tighten, there is more material than required.When you tighten, you have to watch not to cut your finger. I just cut it off with pliers so it’s away from my fingers.Worth the price.

After trying many different types of clamps these do what they others don't. The bridge over the steel reinforcements that spiral inside a 4" dust collector hose is the solution to get a perfect seal for your machinery dust outlets. These clamps are the bee's knees. Sturdy and tightening by hand is that is required to stop air leaks. As written in other reviews it is essential to order the correct orientation. For the hoses sold by King machinery it is a left hand clamp.
