Fit was perfect for my 2018 GMC 3500HD .I had a leaking auxiliary transmission cooler line, so I decided to upgrade my transmission cooler at the same time, as it was only a few more bolts to deal it NY the time I got the cooler lines replaced.Transmission now running about 20 degrees cooler than before.You do have to remove the grill and bumper of to replace.

Don't buy anything from this company! You will regret that you did. 3 trans coolers later and all faulty. Lasted 20K, 12K, 4K miles and now they wont respond. Claimed they never heard of an issue when the 1st one went, The 2nd one went and they claimed to have discovered a fault which has been corrected. NOPE. Do not buy unless you want to be stranded on the side of the road.
