Very sturdy paper good thickness won’t rip easily. So much fun for kids to create their masterpieces.

I bought this for my daughter a few weeks after the pandemic started and it arrived on time surprisingly. It lasts her from 2nd to 4th grade, and still has tons of sheets left for her to use that can last another year or so. For the amount you get, the price is awesome. The paper is not too thick and not too thin, great for art class projects or for crafts with your little ones. Would buy again

Love this for projects for my young daughter. The paper is lightweight (a bit ‘thinner’ than regular construction paper) — but should not be a surprise as this is mentioned in the description. Holds up well for most projects my 4-year old wants to do; great colors and a lot of paper for the price. Good value and I’d definitely purchase again.

I recommend this product as a tool for self expression. There comes a time in ones life when one may have thoughts and feelings to express that can only be expressed in construction paper. The first time I used construction paper was in a military mental hospital, I've attached a photo of the result. I like construction paper because it isn't really like simple drawing paper, it has more structure and lends itself well to uses that are a little bit more like sculpture than just strictly as a drawing medium. It doesn't have to be flat. You can cut it in creative ways, and you don't have to cut it with scissors, you can also tear it in creative ways. You can layer it. Most paper isn't really the star, drawing paper isn't the star of the show, it's the ink that's the star but with construction paper it's the paper that's the star of the show. You can cut it and tear it and glue it and use it in conjunction with (my favorite but you can use crayons instead) oil pastels or those really messy Crayola things, the slick stix? Yeah, uh, in conclusion, buy construction paper and use it to express things.

I bought two of these as warehouse deals for almost half off, and I am glad I did not pay the going rate. It is decent as colored drawing paper, but this is not at all construction paper. For the price I paid, I am satisfied. My daughter likes to draw pictures all day long, which is why I got this. It is thick enough for the most part, but sometimes her markers will bleed through which is not a huge deal, but if you are making a card or wanting to draw on both sides it is a nuisance. There are a lot of colors and the colors are nice and fairly bright, but as another reviewer stated there is a fair amount of white paper. Which is okay with my daughter so I guess I won't let it bother me ha ha.I recommend the other major children's art supply brand, think yellow and green, of construction paper because it is thicker, has nice colors, and no white. It is a little more expensive, but is worth it for cards, etc or if you are buying as a gift and want to make sure to please. This is not bad for the price, but consider yourself warned that it is by no means top quality. But if Your little artist goes through ten or twenty sheets a day, you probably won't mind :) especially if this is on sale or a warehouse deal.

I am thrilled with the stack size for the price. The colors are standard shades. Red. Orange. Yellow. Kelly Green. Lite Blue. Royal Blue. Pink. White. Brown. Black. There is NO purple or grey. Brown is lighter - like the color of paper bags. This is for our homeschool. My son, who is 5, liked it (he helped me sort it into our paper holders and none of it ripped in the process of a 5-year-old boy handling it). We haven't done any projects with it yet, but I am quite sure it will be cut and glued just fine...it's paper...for kids...crafts...I agree that it isn't as thick as construction paper you may be used to, but it still has that rough/felt-like texture and it certainly isn't shiny or smooth. No gloss! Markers, crayons, and paint will be fine on it!
