I never thought I'd be writing a review for a product like this, but here I go. This product is fantastic! We had been struggling with rats in the attic for over a month. Despite pest control sealing their entrances, the rats kept finding new ways in. We tried electric devices and mint-based rodent repellents, but nothing worked. Our pest control guy suggested using wolf pee, but we were concerned about attracting wolves, which are in our area. So, we opted for mountain lion "version" instead. To our surprise, it worked! We placed a few pads in the areas where the rats were making holes. On the first day, the scratching noises stopped, and we no longer woke up at 2-3 AM.Initially, I was skeptical, especially since our dogs were curiously sniffing the pads. But it worked. Three days later, we heard a faint scratching noise, so we soaked the patches again and spread some on the ground. That night, there wasn't a single scratch. We still have half a bottle left and plan to keep using it near the areas where we hear scratching. As others have mentioned, the smell is awful, but it is pee, so that's to be expected. We pour it outside, not inside, and I wouldn't recommend using it indoors due to the smell.Overall, this product works great, and I highly recommend it for anyone dealing with persistent rat problems.

Thought this was a Genius idea at first. I wanted to deter and repel dogs from the grass area(verge) next to my sidewalk, as well as my lawn. I sprayed Mountain Lion urine on the areas that the dogs regularly urinate on, including a Telephone pole, and large Elm tree, as well as along the routes to and from my property. I watched on my video cameras in disbelief, as EVERY dog that came by, stopped to sniff the spot I had just sprayed, and casually walk off as if they just had smelled a flower. And just as often as not, urinated on the exact same spot AGAIN! I was expecting the dogs to run-off in panic, dragging their owners behind them by the leash! The exact opposite happened, and dogs on the other side of the street would instead PULL their owners across the street to get a better whiff of the stuff! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! I got some "don't sh!t here" signs instead, and most dog owners seem to get it, and use the other side now. I REALLY WISH THIS HAD ACTUALLY WORKED!

I strategically applied this predator juice around 3/4 of soffit vents to encourage raccoons to relocate. A few days later when I could tell they’d moved away from those vents closer to the exit I put a saturated cloth in the attic as the final push. They are gone. I have not seen them attempt to re-enter through the one-way exit door I put over the last soffit vent they tore open.

I thought this would keep the huge pack of coyotes away from my yard. The night I put it out, the opposite happened! I figured, if they smelled a natural predator, it would scare them. After reading the bottle, it is used more for pet training, to get animals to use the bathroom in certain areas!!!! I should have read the bottle before using.

Purchased this for my parents after being suggested by an employee at Lowe’s. My parents live in a manufactured home in an over 55 park in Arizona. For some reason the javelinas keep trying to nest under their house and had caused severe damage in the past. We tried “anti-javelina” plants, motion activated flood lights and even sprayed bleach. Nothing worked except for this. We used one entire bottle for the perimeter of their 1200 sq ft home plus driveway and yard. It keeps them away for a few months! I’m guessing during monsoon, it won’t last as long but is well worth it rather than having to repair the siding on the house. Thank you mountain lion urine, you e saved us a ton of money! Use gloves and a mask when spraying, the scent is no joke.

We are using 'Predator Pee 100% Mountain Lion Urine' exactly as directed. Spraying the tags and hanging them at regular intervals on our fence line. There have been -0- Coyotes on our property since we began in late July 2022, we know because our cats, and especially our dog, are finally resting easy. You see Turbo feels it is his job to protect us even though we are all safe inside. Our semi-rural area often has a pack reaching a size up to 2 dozen strong after pupping season, even more some years depending on rain, (rain brings grass/grain brings rodents). Our Kelpie Turbo would get up and down, up and down, up and down, with each scent and sound of the coyotes. He just had to growl at the door, "Yeah, you tell 'em boy!" 😆 At 12 years he was getting a little old for this, that's why I finally opted for the Mtn Lion Pee. I'm grateful for 'Predator Pee' giving him the break he deserves.p.s. Yes, coyotes of the west do hunt in packs, though they still den in singular family groups.

I am very impressed. I have lived with nature most of my adult life and always blocked them out with fences. So far they have not touched a thing. I made the mistake, I believe, of first putting the containers we fashioned ourselves, up wind. When they were replaced downwind, it was interesting to see the reaction of the deer when they came down for the clover after the heavy rain. Turkeys are gone and have not had so much as a squirrel. We enjoy the wildlife but not so much during the growing season. They'll be back in winter. Oh, and it won't keep domestic animals out of your yard. They have no idea what Lion pee spells like. Great training tool for puppy's!
