First off… I gotta say… I LUVVVVV these covers!!!I got the clear ones, both front and rear, WAAYYYY before I took delivery of my brand new 2025 Forester. I didn’t want to get into a tangle with PA over the colored plates, never mind the fact I have colorful vanity plates to put in the front..The “inventorâ€/company owner was ABSOLUTELY **WONDERFUL** to have the patience to answer my crazy questions and scenarios as to how these would fit with the car, the plates, and the state requirements… I have a bit of a learning “disability†that manufactures problem scenes that I have to solve before they even happen… So, I got my car, and finally got these LuxeShields on with separate screws and washers that fit better with my goals… they look SOOOOO pretty with the plates being “protected†from elements in the coming years! Every time I come to the car from either direction, I’m proud of it, and those covers in front and rear…Thank you, Bryan, for your most wonderful help and patience with me…Don’t get chintzy with the competitors for half the price [probably from Chinaaahhh]… get these Ohio-faculty manufactured covers! Company in Canada, comes over border to visit the facility all the time… so, the quality is absolutely assured!!!Booyah!!! Pretty car, pretty plates, pretty covers!!!!(Trying to include pictures now! Well constructed with clear instructions. I'd check your mounting hardware needs first in case you need something other than the supplied screws. Good value.

These things were great and installed just fine. They looked good and protected my license plates from getting bent up at the carwash.Unfortunately, I had to throw them away after 5 months. Apparently, my state doesn't allow for any sort of plate cover, only frames. They consider it an "obstruction" of the plate even though the plastic is transparent and hasn't turned opaque since I got it. I found out when someone told me I could get a ticket for having them. That's not the product's fault, but it's still a bummer. So make sure you check your state laws on license plate covers before you buy this.

I just installed and found that I had to trim the two bottom corners of the plate to get it on so we'll see what this thing does when it counts

Doesn't work well with front liscense plate brackett on my 17 RAM. The back plate seems to fit ok.

Great product! They have built in drains so your plates shouldn’t rust. They come with all the hardware so installation is easy. Installation took me about 10 minutes. I purchased the clear protectors which gives a very clean look to your car.

I bought the clear protector since I believe anything over your plate can generate a traffic ticket. I figured a clear protector would cause the least amount of trouble. :)They look great and do the job of protecting your plates nicely. No trouble at all with going through any car wash.You will ABSOLUTELY need to trim and file your Ontario plates to have them fit. This is very annoying and not the easiest thing to do if you want a nice job. It's also impossible to do if you don't have the correct tools. You will need a metal file and either metal shears or a metal nibbler.Once you have one plate trimmed and filed, the second plate is much easier. You just put the plates together and use a Sharpie to mark the trim line.If the protectors came with a template to trim your plates, it would be so, so, so much easier.

It will fit Ontario custom nameplates, and you don't have to trim off anything.You will need a Philip no.3 screwdriver and that's all.The covers are made of polycarbonate resin (the same material you get from carpet chair mats). This means it can flex until your plate is fit. My pair of covers started with a little bow in the middle so it looks like it won't fit, but if you align the top two screw holes and install them onto your vehicle, the bow will disappear and your license will fit nicely under the cover.Also, the screws are in the correct length as well. It might seem the screws are short due to the bow, but it will screw in nicely as well. Don't overtighten the screw, don't ruin your car!

The screws that come with this product do not fit Tesla or foreign plates. You will need to pay additional to get screws that fits.
