Warm, comfy beyond belief, quality is outstanding. Only 1 problem...I can't get my cats to yield their possession of it if I'm not wearing it (They may love it even more than I). I really appreciate the evident pride in your product and desire to please your customers...the care in packaging, messages & "goodies" were a really nice surprise...thk you. As my friends are the older end we all have a tendency to want to wear something over our night clothes or around the house to keep our neck and upper body warm. As I have bought several different items from Amazon over the years for gifts this one is perfect as it doubles as a small blanket to cover your lap and knees. The color and material is very pretty and soft making it extremely comfortable regardless of how you use it..the packaging is very nice and makes for a nice weight gift to give to others or for yourself.
