With winter coming I wanted to be prepared. After researching a few brands I landed on this one and was very pleased. The kit comes with everything you need and it is not a difficult job. Took me about 30 minutes and I immediately noticed a difference in efficency. For the price you can't go wrong.

All in all, this was $29.99 VERY well spent. It effectively keeps the attic temps sealed in the attic where they belong, the barrier material is high quality and sturdy, and it was incredibly easy to install. My only complaint is that the zipper seems a bit flimsy, and I’m concerned we may eventually have an issue with it. But as long as we get a couple good years out of it before that would happen, I’m still satisfied given the cost. I’ll update this review at a later time to note how that goes. Overall though, satisfied, and I definitely think it’ll give us energy savings. We have insanely expensive oil heat, so we can use all the help we can get in that department

Bought two of these for my attics. This was an easy insulation. Soon as it was installed it cut the cold draft instantly. It was very easy for my husband to install. Just need a staple gun and staples and your ready to roll !

I’m writing this review while standing on my attic stairs, covered in sweat, and at my wits end with frustration. I’m standing here legitimately wanting to throw thing in the trash.Never in my life have I seen worse zippers on a product.If the cover is not perfectly aligned, like so perfect all of the atoms molecules in this cover reach perfection the zipper still barely works.The corners need to be ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Think cnc machine zero clearance perfect for the zippers to clear the corners.Even if you manage that, it’s a double sided zipper so the second pull, on the other side gets hung up. It dangles around, catching things and messing up the angles making it even harder to unzip.The zipper is so small, the zipper fabric so thin, and the zipper teeth very tiny. Basically, to hit this price point the lowest quality zipper was used. I mean at this point buttons or snaps would actually function better. Who wants to unbutton their attic? Not me, but it would actually work unlike these zippers.I rarely give 1 star, but man, this has been the most infuriating thing I’ve ordered in A LONG TIME.
