I was initially concerned that the rubber straps looked too thin in the product photos to securely hold a fire extinguisher, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they're much thicker and more durable than expected. The straps have just the right amount of elasticity and keep the fire extinguisher firmly attached to the bracket. While four screws with plastic washers are included, I recommend using at least 2-inch screws anchored into a wall stud to ensure the bracket stays securely mounted. So far, it's been holding our 5-lb fire extinguisher in the garage without any issues. Highly recommended!

This mount works just fine for the 5 pound extinguisher no problem. It comes with 3 lag bolts to help mount it. The rubber straps that are there to hold the extinguisher in the mount are sturdy and easy to use for when its needed. I will be getting another one for sure.

This fire extinguisher bracket is heavy duty - it's heavy! So keep that in mind in terms of choosing where you will hang it. You will need to make sure your wall can hold a fairly heavy load, particularly after you add the weight of the extinguisher. But this bracket should last a long time.Recommended

A good bracket for smaller extinguishers. Happy to have this in the shop. Not sure I'd use it on a truck as it doesn't have a hold down in the vertical direction. Skeptical the rubber bungees will hold up in the long term especially outdoors, though they are pretty thick and stretchy.

Fire Extinguishe MountThese are great items. We have one holding a fire extinguisher, but the other is holding a Bad Guy Repellant. Any similar item will fit, and it's great to have them securely on the wall now.
