- The foam boards are flimsy and easily damaged. - The foam boards are not flat - as soon as you take one out it shows a distinct curve. - The packaging is claimed to be "Strong double layered corrugated packaging to protect the corners", but as you can see in the picture there was no internal reinforcement. The foam boards go edge-to-edge with the cardboard box, so any rough handling damages the foam board. Besides the large gouge in the middle, all four corners were also banged up and dogeared.The good thing that I can say is that this is one of the few oversized foam boards out there, so it might give you extra room to trim the damaged edges (as long as it's still OK that the remaining part is curved).

The sheets are not flat. It's very warped along the 60" length. I'm unsure if this is to be expected or did I just get a bad batch.

Boards came bent up and beat up. They are flimsy and weak.
