If you use a lot of garlic in your cooking this tool is a great time saver. Insert a clove in the tube and roll it over the cutting board or counter with the palm of your hand. in a second or two you pore out a perfectly peeled clove.

Works quite well, though other equivalent tubes are available thru amazon at about half the price.If you're only peeling 1 or 2 cloves, you can consider this device optional, but if you're peeling more than that, it's a great time- and labor-saving device.Some people may say that smacking a clove with the side of a heavy knife is just as efficacious, but it's not. The smack works OK, though it can crush the clove if you're not careful and at times does next to nothing and other times sends the clove skittering across the counter. But this gadget works flawlessly in seconds and quickly peels two or three cloves at a time.Cleaning is easy, just rinse the inside in running water. No need for soap, 'cause if it smells a little like garlic, well 'Duh!'Plus, because the garlic peels so easily, it incentivizes you to throw an extra clove or two into the recipe, and that's a very good thing.

This garlic peeler is what I was missing out of my life. After a couple of rolls (sometimes with a little pressure) the skin comes off easily.No more sticky and stinky garlic fingers. Yes, I could buy already peeled and chopped garlic, but I refuse to pay for that much convenience.

I saw someone use one of these online and thought it looked handy (peeling the skin off garlic by hand is a pain). My wife rolled her eyes when she saw it, but now she uses it more than I do. Looks very nice, cleans up easily with a rinse or in the dishwasher, and is really a nice and handy thing to own and use.

In the kitchen, if you like garlic, this is invaluable. You simply pull off a chunk of garlic throw it in the tube start rolling it with your hand about three or four times turn it on and sand tap it on the counter and the garlic pops out without the peeling on it. Then just rinse out the tube and you’re done. It works very very well. Something so simple save so much time versus trying to peel it by hand and get those sticky little peelings all over your fingers and countertop, etc. It works great and I’ll buy another one when this one wears out for sure.

Works just like my old pne that ist eorking two. Needed a second one. I can really recommend this. Thry are vety usefull. No picking off the peel with lnife and fingernails.
