I’m really into the variety of various musubi shapes that are included with this. It is fun getting creative to see what things I can come up with besides just spam and rice. Throw some egg in there, yum. Seaweed? Yes. So far I’ve managed to dishwash these and not melt them which is neat!

I've been wanting one since I came back from my Japan trip this past August. When I saw it I had to get it, and the fact it's 2-in-1?!?Comes with instructions to show you how to use it, the size is perfect and the appearance is a little larger than I thought it would be which is cool for the value. Easy to remove and use, I've already made some awesome masubi and onigiri.

Mom's Japanese (from Japan), she can make onigiri perfectly. Not me, takes me forever to get a nice shape, and each one ends up a different size. I do already have some onigiri molds and a musubi mold, but I did want another one, and also because this onigiri mold is larger than the ones that I currently have. My other origiri molds have sort of a top piece that you press it down with and then a tab on the mold to push the rice out of. They add the curve to the edges, however it's sometimes difficult to get the rice out. This one you press the rice down (as I have it sitting on a cutting board or whatever) and then you can lift the outside up, so it's easier to get the rice out. At the time of this review, the price for two onigiri molds, one musubi mold and two rice paddles is 4.99. You can't beat that! The rice paddles are so adorable too. Definitely recommend.

these are so easy to use, and my son LOVES filling them with different meats he loves rice, so these are genius.

Great set of molds, and well worth it at this price point. Everything you need at about 1/2 of what other similar sets are going for.They are easy to fill (the smaller rice paddles actually do help), and the musubi press is a perfect size for those canned loaves of meat (we get the Aldi brand).Depending on how sticky your rice is, it may stick a bit, but that's to be expected.They were easy to clean.I would recommend these, and the only thing keeping them from 5 stars is something "extra" to make them a standout product, like maybe a recipe booklet.

It’s simple to use and worked well. It definitely makes making musubi a lot easier. The size is perfect for slices of spam and the rice didn’t stick to the sides while taking it out of the mold. Inexpensive and works well, definitely recommend.
