I sometimes use rebar by driving it in the ground and using it as a marker. I always worried that if I left the end protruding it would be a safety hazard, so I drove them almost totally into the ground. That made them really difficult to find. These caps are perfect to both protect the end of the rebar and also make it really easy to find any marker.

Bought one pack of these to cover anything we might fall on, then some cheap ones for the rest. So glad we bought these, the cheap ones won't do much and I bet I could drive my truck over one of these and not puncture-- they're beefy!
