SIGNI Non Woven Surface Conditioning Disc
Premium Quality
Made up of an open nylon web (non-woven material) impregnated with premium aluminum oxide abrasive grains and use a Type R - Male fastening system ).
Normal specification
- Yellow: 60-80 grit
- Red:120-150 grit
- Blue:320-400 grit
- OD: 2 inch (50mm) or 3 inch (75mm).
- Thickness:4 mm
- Back: Type-R connecter.
Wide application
- Perfect to grind those hard to reach surfaces and odd angles.
- The uses include: deburring and surface prep, gasket removal, coating removal, cleaning weld splatter, removing heat discoloration, blending and finishing, rust removal, etc.

I'm using this with an Eastwood 2 in sander. A couple of demo discs came with the tool and worked great. These appear to work similarly great.

01/31/2021: I used these on the aluminum cast wheels of a 90’s FLHTC Harley and the front brake rotors. No issues whatsoever. This was the quickest way to dress the aluminum surface of these wheels. I soaked the disc with WD40 and buffered away and the disc held up no problem. If I needed to I’d buy again but I still have plenty. Good product

I use these in metal conditioning for fabrication (rust removal, burr removal) and engine rebuilding (gasket residue removal, surface cleaning). The disc body is much stiffer than the brand-name units and the abrasive lasts about 1/2 as long. But they do the job and are a reasonable value. They work well in tight spots where you may destroy the disc when it grabs a metal edge and breaks the mounting screw. You lose a much less costly disc.
