I needed a self-adhesive mounting board for several cross stitch projects I had recently completed. After buying mounting board at a local craft store, I found that it was too thick to fit a double mat in the frame along with my cross stitch and the mounting board. I remembered having used Pres - On mounting board 30 some years ago. A search on the web quickly located it, and the product was as good as it was 30 years ago: great adhesion, which still allowed for re-positioning; thin so it fit nicely in the frame with my cross stitch and double mats, and reasonably priced, with very quick delivery. Five stars for Pres - on mounting board.!

Like using the mat for embroidered pictures. Keeps pictures centered and flat.

I bought this to mount a cross stitch I did. I have been using this brand for years. They fit nicely into a picture frame. Just be sure to place your work where you want it! They are very sticky.

This item worked perfectly for a couple of samplers I was framing. The samplers had differing edges which made it difficult to get them centered correctly in the frame. It was wonderful that it was easy to remove them from the board to re-center which I had to do several times, and the the boards never lost their stickiness to hold the finished product.

This is well made, thick enough to hold up, the adhesive is even and sticky - you can actually take the stitched piece off the backing, wash it and put it back on. My finished piece, in the frame, is impressive.

If you have ever wanted to frame something like a cross stitch sampler, this is the product to use. It's acid free, easy to cut to size, and holds the fabric securely until you're ready to pull it off. Easy to reposition.
