The board was almost too sticky for what I needed but it worked quite well. A few weeks ago, the cleaner dislodged a framed, glass "petroglyph" and it shattered into shards. It was like assembling a jigsaw puzzle with razor sharp pieces. The sticky board allowed me to work at reassembling the panel, moving, twisting and turning the pieces. Occasionally I did have to lift a piece to reposition but managed to overcome the stickiness. It took a few hours but I think it was worth the effort. Then the sticky board allowed me to apply a clear glass glue without the pieces moving out of place. Since I worked on the rear of the piece, applying the glue to the rear, I did use a hairdryer to heat the glued panel to allow me to separate the glass panel from the sticky board and invert it. All-in-all, I'm quite satisfied with the result. The glue I used for the glass repair was E6000 237032 Craft AdhesivePossibly a novel use for this product.

I did a 12-month calendar for my MIL and used 12 of the boards. They worked really well, and I was able to move around the cross stitch to get it straight before putting pressure for the final stick. These are very useful.

Works great for sticking my cross stitchings on and hanging them up with out a frame/hoop. Only complaint is that it is hard to cut with scissors, haven't tired cutting them with an exacto knife.
