To preserve the gloss of the stainless steel, do not use steel wool or harsh, abrasive cleansers. The perk spout and filter basket can be cleaned with a brush or pipe cleaner. I ordered this coffee pot to replace my old one. It arrived on time with no problems. It was packed inside of another box to help prevent damage and the coffee pot box itself also had a secure sleeve over the flap to keep the box closed. We put it into immediate use and are very happy with the result. Brews nice hot coffee quickly and keeps it hot for hours if needed without making the coffee bitter or too strong.( really like this, I am an early riser but hubby gets up later and can still have a great tasting cup of coffee too) Cleans up nice and easy. Like that all is stainless steel. Fair price, good product.

Great this is my third purchase of this coffee pot. I use them till they stop working which is about 5 years. Needless to say they work great and I will continue to use them for our morning coffee. Strongly recommended.

Delicious hot cup of coffee stays hot as long as long as it is plugged in simple to clean not like a drip coffee maker where there are parts you can’t reach to clean also no plastic parts

I used the thing one time and grounds went to bottom, so I returned and they took out 50% it didn't have a scratch on it. Buyer beware, you have to read a lot of fine print, that's ridiculous, then they sell again for only a little less than original cost.

I loved my coffee pot. I have had it now close to 3 yrs. I made a pot of coffee the other morning, when I heard a loud pop and sizzling. I turned around and my cord that goes into the pot was on fire. I'm glad I was in the kitchen when it happened. It could have burned my house down.

Well coffee pot works and coffee is hot.however takes so long to perk 32 oz. water takes 10 min and 10 sec. to complete. handle is to thin cord can be a little shorter tho.
