I watch three of my grandchildren during the week and I'm always looking for educational, screen-free ideas for them. The oldest are twins who will be 4 years old in June. They're a little young for this set, but my granddaughter already loves playing pretend school with her older cousins, so I decided to order it for us to play together when she gets a little older. This pretend teacher set has everything a child needs to really set up a classroom for both pretend play and to actually build and strengthen learning skills such as reading, telling time, geography, etc. I think my favorite thing is the magnetic USA map, which is something I discovered I could use a brush-up on. Everything feels sturdy and well-made and I haven't noticed any typos or other mistakes. If you have a child who loves learning and playing school, this is a great set at a reasonable price.

My son who is 6 loved to play with this set. He liked pretending to be the teacher and me as the student. The states puzzle map was probably his favorite. It is soft and fit well together. Some pieces were a tight fit but it wasn't a big issue. I don't think kids younger than 5 could put the puzzle together without help. The play glasses is a nice touch but my son didn't like to wear them. The dry markers work well and was easy to erase without too much residue on the board. I think it's a great set for kids to play and parents can also use the items to teach.

Our little girl loves playing school, and we try and make it a learning experience as well while having fun. We thought it would be fun if she had some school items to make it more exciting, and give more to do when she plays. We loved this set because it has so many great items in it. There are tons of fun, usable items to play school with. Some of her favorites are: Roll book, Name plates for students, certificate of excellent, Daily weather and date chart, the smiley face stickers, whiteboard, and of coarse the amazing pointer! She uses everything in this set though other than the clock so far because she doesn't know how to tell time yet. This will come in handy when we play the teacher though and she is the student and learns how to tell time! She listens and learns a lot better from us when it's done through play like this. We definitely chose the right set and couldn't be happier with it!

We used to "play school" as kids all the time. This teacher playset offered a variety of activities that held my nieces' (3 and 5) attention. The magnetic numbers and whiteboard provided a fun pretend learning experience. Overall, a good quality toy with plenty of potential for future learning and play.

As an aunt, I thought I had escaped the stress of report cards—until my 5-year-old niece took over as "Ms. Bossy Pants" with this Pretend Play Teacher Set. Suddenly, I’m getting daily pop quizzes, and my coffee breaks require a hall pass.The set is packed with fun features and my niece lives for this!!!Overall, this playset is a fantastic way to encourage learning, role-playing, and excessive use of the phrase, "Excuse me, please raise your hand before speaking!" Highly recommend…just be prepared to be sent to pretend detention LOL
