I have a pet pigeon and she is outside my house. It gets cold in the winter so i figure i get her a nesting place to warm up. Once in a while, i see her cooped up in her little birdbox nest. So all in all, bird approved..

These are pricey but budgies enjoy tearing them apart and playing with the fibres. I have 5 budgies and it keeps their attention for quite awhile, once they get used to the new object in the cage.
