I proudly wear my flair to all my worksites and to the hardware store. My right wing neighbor stopped by to chat one day and couldn't stop glancing at my flair. He abruptly ended our conversation and had to leave. I assume he liked my flair so much he had to rush home to order his own.

This pin seems quite sturdy and so far I have had no issues. Any staff have complimented me on it and I was very pleased with the esthetic. It was slightly larger than I had originally wanted, but actually I like that it is more prominent on my lanyard.
