Your cart is empty.Binding/binder posts, also called barrel nuts, are internally threaded and accept a machine screw of the same diameter and thread size. Since the head of a binding post sits nearly flush against the surface, they can be used in applications where there may not be room for a protruding screw tip and hex nut. They can also be used as a substitute for rivets in some cases.

They are great if you get what you ordered. Was sent 1" instead of 1/2" ,☹ï¸. The package was mislabelled as well

The good: they're aluminum binding posts, with screws, as advertised. They work.The bad: the bag includes 25 posts and 25 screws. The phrasing of the item description makes it sound like you get 50 posts with screws. The actual bag they come in says "50 each, posts with screws". The biggest problem here aside from the misleading listing is the fact that now I need to order 25 more to complete my project.

I ordered 1/2†but received 1â€. Plastic packaging was mislabeled as 1/2†and was not sealed. I thought I could cut them down to work but they are not hollow through the entire post.

Metal is extremely soft. Trying to turn the screw with a flat point screwdriver merely causes the slot to stretch open. The screw falls apart. Useless!

The product is 1/2' binder post,but is only 1/4" long

Not worth it. Metal is very soft. Threw them away.
