I'll be honest. This isn't the highest quality sliding screen door handle on Amazon. However, my review is taking into account that it costs less than 3 bucks. You can't compare a $3 product to a $20 product.So, considering the price, it's great. It connects with 4 screws (2 on each side) that screw into the metal part of the screen door. The holes lined up with the holes from the previous handle and the included screws fit.It took about 2 minutes to install, most of which was taking out the old rusted screws and remains of the previous handle that had fallen apart. It's sturdy enough where I don't think it's going to fall apart anytime soon, was easy to install, looks good, and does the job. If it lasts a year, I'll be happy.This doesn't have a latch, but I'm not too concerned. After all, a locked screen door isn't exactly high security since you can just tear the screen and unlock it. The door stays shut and I can open and close it with the handle.Five stars for the price. If it were $6, it would probably be 3 stars. If it were $15+, it would be 1 star. But at $3, it's an easy 5 star product.

Didn't match my door but I made it work, was my fault I picked wrong one, but my screen door is hard to find. It's good for what you pay and does the job.

This is definitely a no frills door handle but it suits my needs. I just want to be able to open and close the screen door and now I can. The previous plastic piece broke, and since we aren’t the original owners, I had no idea about the brand for replacement. I went entirely by measurements. I don’t know how long it will last, but it’s cheap enough that I don’t really care.

It was a fairly simple install, and it's working just as expected. Glad I could find this item, as there aren't a lot of choices out there, but this definitely fit the bill.

Does not look like much but solved a problem with my screen door. The ogiginal screen door had a usless hadle tha kept making holes in the screen. Almost impossible to open fom the inside. This unit solved this issue, so looks cheap but works great.

Old handle was sun-bleached and nasty looking. This new handle installed in minutes and works perfectly. Make sure you order a handle with the right distance between screw holes and you’re golden.
