The actual product is very good... If you ship a Rolls-Royce and it is received as a pile of metal then it is junk. So, with that, this is my second order (SECOND TIME) of 1320 Ft. of spline totally off the spool. Picture a pot of boiled spaghetti. Both orders were delivered with one side of the Spool/Reel OFF. Whoever is in charge of packing this item should be trained to do it the right way. The spool was wrapped with a tiny slice of plastic wrap instead of securing the WHOLE spool from REEL TO REEL. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake on the packers end. The second time clearly shows someone does not know how to do a very basic job. I know these are hard times but Amazon does not answer my call, leaving me this avenue for my complaint.
