I was a bit skeptical about dressing up my cats, but I couldn't resist trying out this adorable pet birthday hat dress outfit with flower leglet for one of their special days. Instead of using it as a neck scarf, I opted to turn it into a tutu skirt, and it worked perfectly! Bought for our 5 pound Yorkie for her 1st birthday. Fit perfectly. Absolutely love the attention to detail from the embroidery to the pearls. I LOVE everything about it!!!!!Would of given 10 stars if it was an option!!!!!!!!!!

When I opened the package only the bandana was there, no crown! My dog’s birthday is this week so I’ll keep the bandana, it is very cute, but the crown was what I was really looking forward to. When I went to ask for at least a 50% refund, not an option without returning the bandana, which I needed. Very disappointed!

The hat is so good because it has two strings on each side that meets in the middle underneath chin so it stays on pretty well!!! Unlike typical party hats that come off with the slightest movement. The bandana is also a perfect size for small dogs. Great set.
