This is an excellent, well made rack.very high quality steel, very durable. It's small and great for frozen pizza for one, which I cut up into small pieces. Great baking rack.

Love everything about these racks. They are in daily use and we just toss them into the dishwasher when done. They come out sparkling and ready for their next deployment. These fit perfectly into our 1/4 sheet pans. They are true workhorses and they never complain the way some of our “precious†kitchenware does. I’m looking at you, Vitamix!

Although a bit pricey, it is a strong, compact rack. I purchased it to press tofu. With its tight grid it works well for that purpose. I place the (firm or extra firm) tofu on the rack. I top it with a baking sheet holding something heavy. Within a couple of hours, much of the water has drained.

Bought to use in NordicWare quarter sheet, but doesn’t fit. Almost looks as if one order is warped causing the misalignment.

I make a whole lot of chicken wings and use these trays to bake the wings in the oven. They are fantastic! Great tool, the wings don't really stick to it and it allows the grease to drip right through to the baking sheet underneath. The only problem I have is that it shreds my sponge when I wash it clean and the really little bits of grease or skit get stuck, because of the steel lines going in both directions. I have another one that only has lines going in one direction that clean much easier.
