Moved into a new apartment and noticed that the peephole wasn't a fish eye/ one way glass hole, it was just a single pane of glass that you could look straight through on both ends. Having something like this ensures people can't look in and see inside my apartment.

One of the things I hate about staying in hotel rooms is not being able to block the peephole in doors. Not only does it pour in light from the hallways but people can use a device to see into your room. This pops right into the hotel peep hole and is easily removable when you leave the room. Easy to throw into your bag to carry with you whether you are staying at an Airbnb or in a Hotel.

There isn't much that needs to be said about this product. It gets the job done without any extra frills. Just push it into the peephole of your door, and you are done. Pull it out when you want to see. It isn't quiet when it slides out, so you won't be able to peek to see if it is someone you want to avoid come knocking, but who answers the door for anyone but delivery these days anyhow?

I measured, 5/8â€â€¦.not this plug. This doesn’t even come close to fitting. Its hard plastic instead of silicone too. Why? Trash product, do not buy. 0/5 stars
