Do not waste your time or money.This unit is a fire hazard.No matter how much you need Sabbath mode or a nice big urn, stay away from this this brand. It falls apart within weeks and will ultimately lead you or your family to get burned by the unit.Spend a bit more time doing research and buying something of quality.

Enjoyed very hot water all the time... while it lasted. Poorly constructed. Water seeped into the water gauge and dripped on the counter after only 4 months. (internal loose screw allowed the water from the pot into the gauge) Another 4 months and now it boils the water great... but won't stop! Smoke and water billowing out and not switching to keep warm - just a constant wild boil. Extremely unsafe, extremely dangerous and unusable! For a product that cost over 200 we would expect it to last a few years not a few months! Wish it came with a warranty.

This is the first urn I have owned that lasted only a couple of years. From what I can see, ours lasted more than most. Water started leaking from the bottom. It is poorly constructed and not made to last. We purchased one for our synagogue as well so will have to replace both. Very sad.

It is used not new. I just opened it for passover holiday and it was reaped close. No instructions and not working. So horrible to do that.
