Create unique dresses that fit the wearer perfectly with the dress form padding kit by BENJOY. With 2 cover and 22 pieces of assorted padding, you can alter your mannequin in minutes to create curves for a more accurate fit when making half-length or full dresses for women.
Tips for usage
●Before positioning the padding, place the tight stretch cover over your mannequin
●Slip the shoulder pads through the armpit sides and rotate the pads in all directions to align with the desired position.
●Then, slip the bust, stomach, thigh, and hip pads under the cover through the bottom
●Use fillers to adjust the size and shape for a custom garment
On arrival, the padding may have some wrinkles due to our anti-moisture vacuum packaging, but it will return to its original state naturally. It can also be steam ironed to quickly remove any wrinkles you may find. To protect the longevity of the padding, use the included zipper bag for storage. My new dress form addressed many of my sizing issues but still needed help to get my correct fit. Awesome! (Just don’t attempt to put the regular size cover on unless you want to make yourself crazy! LOL) the cover is also a nice disguise for all of the knobbies.

I find these pads necessary for the dress form and sadly they do resemble my current shape which has been very helpful in my sewing process.

This was a very humbling but ultimately cathartic and rewarding experience.I have a size 10 collapsible royal form from fashion school that I needed to size up pretty significantly to work for my body. The pads worked out great and after some trial and error the measurements match my own now. I have a layer of quilt batting under everything to get it closer to size, and the pads helped considerably with shape and proportion. The butt cheeks crack me up. I think her soft tummy is adorable and I had a little cry about it, so wasn't expecting to appreciate myself more but that was a bonus.

There is nothing more humbling than taking your measurements and creating your own image on this (especially if you are a plus sized woman). However, it is extremely important to do so to create clothes for yourself.This product gives you the most accurate in creating “yourself†(even if you don’t like what you see).I had no problems at all with putting the peace’s in the correct spots. The outer cover fits snuggly so take your time putting it together and you will be please with it!I might mention that my measurements (unfortunately) are a size 22. It may not be as snug if your size is a bit smaller.The bust I am using is the plus size My Double Designer, which I might add, is a fantastic bust and highly recommend.Happy sewing to you all.

I was misled to believe this includes the form. Wouldn’t have purchased at this price point otherwise. That’s more my fault but it should’ve been more explicit.

This padding set effectively provides shape to a dress form with enough versatility to accommodate a large body. My measurements are 50/40/50 so I had to size my dress form down from “full figured†to “large†and pad out everything but my waistline. I used every piece in the set to add shape to the bust and hips. I found it particularly useful to pad out some back rolls (not pictured) to add underbust measurements without affecting the waist, as well as shifting shoulder pads to the back of the neck to accommodate my posture. The pads are very versatile and accurately represent the lumps and bumps of the human body. Well worth the money.

I love these dress form paddings. I purchased a mannequin, but I don't have a perfect figure (in fact I'm made like a sack of potatoes) and mannequins are basically designed for people with ok figures. These paddings helped me get my mannequin to my shape. Now I can fit my pattern on my mannequin, cut out my material, make it and know it will fit.Also they can be turned in different directions.Thank you.

This product is used for padding a dress form for sewing. There are so many pieces that there would be no issue padding multiple areas of your dress form. Product is very well made. I would highly encourage anyone who sews to purchase this product. This will also save you money over buying a larger dress form.

Bien mais s’est trop dispendieux pour ce que le produit fait. Même si j’ai pris du taille plus de rembourrage, je devais mètre du codel quand même sous les pads, ne fonctionne pas pour moi. Dommage car le principe semblait bien . Peut être pour des petits ajustements mais pas à ce prix.

Bought to augment my dressmaking mannequin after putting on (a lot of) weight. The stretchy sleeve holds the foam pieces in place very well, and the foam pieces themselves made it easy to pad out where needed. Wish one could specify what foam pieces are wanted, for example extra belly and butt/fewer bust, or all the bust you can get but no backside - ended up doing some creative placement to work with what came in the kit. But all in all this was a good economical solution over buying and entirely new dress form.

I got a mannequin for Christmas .. queen size, but needed a bit more stuffing. These added the right number of additional inches.
