So far just tried them on for fit. I ordered these specific GreenPro Knee Pads because of the strap design, particularly the top one because it appears to keep the pad from sliding down off the knee onto the shin as lest expensive pad often do with extended use. Pads are important to me because of age and two knee replacements. Even though the surgeon anticipates that and keeps the knee caps as thick as possible, the pad distributes the body weight and softens the surface the knee rests on, thus protecting the knee cap from cracking.

Purchased these knee pads to install flooring. Although we have not used for install yet, we did try them out. I am 68 yo female that have had both total knee replacements. To say the least it’s hard to spend any length of time on them. I was able to actually walk around my home on them. So far so good.

I recently used these knee pads for floor installation, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Initially, they seemed to offer decent support, but after just a couple of days, the padding started to lose its softness, making extended use quite uncomfortable.One of the biggest issues was the support behind my knees. After a full day of work, I noticed significant marks and bruising where the straps dig into the skin. This not only caused discomfort but also made it challenging to continue using them for consecutive days.Overall, while these knee pads may offer temporary relief, the lack of durability and the discomfort they cause over time make them a poor choice for anyone needing reliable, long-term support during floor installations or similar tasks. I would not recommend them for professionals or anyone planning to use them for more than just light, occasional work.
