Note：
1.The dispenser should be washed by hand.
2.Before filling the whipper please cool well under cold water or in the refrigerator.
3.Only use soluble ingredients. Insoluble substances such as seeds pulp, etc. prevent the closure of the delivery valve or might impair the proper functioning of the cream whipper.
4.When dispensing, always hold the whipper upside down (decorating nozzle pointing downwards), otherwise pressure will escape and some cream will remain inside the whipper.
5.For best results, serve immediately upon dispensing.

Of the 3 plastic tips that ship with it, 2 of them are so poorly molded that they don’t want to screw on the top of the dispenser. Disappointing. Too late to return once I tried the other tips. Now I have to spend another $12 for more tips.

Lo compré para una práctica de cocina molecular y ha sido muy útil, para principiantes o para ocuparlo ocasionalmente está perfecto.La calidad de los materiales es muy buena, el cuerpo del sifón es macizo, lo único que no es tan bueno es que hay algunas piezas de plástico, pero aún asà sirve muy bien.
