Shipping: I ordered this on a Wednesday and it didn't ship out till Tuesday next week. It seems processing the order took longer than shipping it. They used 2 day shipping which was great. So in total it took 7 days for me to receive it.Packaging: The pole itself had its own box it came in, but was placed inside a bigger brown box which was great, especially for those who worry about being judge for ordering a pole. The original box where the pole contents were was packaged neatly with Styrofoam and bubble wrap to make sure nothing was damaged. Everything came intact. The Setup: The directions for setting up the pole is clear and concise. I'm am THE WORST when it comes to putting things together. (Took me two hours to set up my TV stand because I kept screwing things backwards). It took me a minute to figure out the screws were on the bottom stand of the pole. Other than that, since I now know how to set it up, taking it apart and set up shouldn't take me longer than 5 mins.Final Product: I tested the pole by simply doing a walk around holding on to the pole leaning my weight away. Didn't want to spin on it yet. It was really sturdy. Then I tested it again by doing a Fireman w/ attitude spin, and didn't move at all. So now I feel safe doing spins and any crazy tricks or move. I'm 5'5 and weigh 151 lbs, so I feel safe and comfortable with the pole not moving around.Spin Feature: Never used a pole with spin feature, but boy does it spin. Takes getting used to, and I like it because I can hold my spins longer and do double/triple spin moves.Lastly,LED Lights: Easy to place on pole, has a light show features or just steady constant light, I personally probably wouldn't use it much, but it's a cool feature to have.

I was worried about the installation, as I'm not too good with putting things together lol I was shocked at how easy it was to put up! I had it finished with little effort in under 30 minutes. The directions were very easy to follow. Comes with a bag which is great, makes it easier to put up and down. Haven't used it a lot but have done some inversion tricks to test it out and it's very sturdy. Will admit I was a bit scared to use it but at first but you can feel how sturdy it is once it's up. Added bonus is all of the tools are included so you don't need anything additional to install. Only complaint is that it's pretty slippery, more so than other poles I've used. I'm used to brass think this one is metal? Just bought some pole gloves which I'm sure will make it easier to use. Overall a good purchase for the money.

I love my pole only downside was the sticky on the pressure plates started to dry causing it to slide the assembly and to put it up was pretty easy definitely need 2 people to make sure it’s on a stud and leveled. Easy to transport a little bit heavy

Well first of all if you’re short like me you’re going to need a ladder to put it up make sure you screw that sucker on they are super tight. It was able to hold my big ass when I weighed 190 pounds and me climbing up the pole it did not fall over it has not shipped it’s really really Spinney so be careful you don’t get dizzy and feel like you’re drunk. This had made me lose about 30 pounds of course with a proper diet. I purchased this back in 2021 And it’s still looking brand-new I highly recommend getting this pole if you want a good work out and it’s sturdy

I just installed this pole for my wife, so we haven’t really used it much yet. Just a few spins to make sure it works. What I noticed right away is that it’s not all that stable with the extensions. We have a high ceiling and had to use two extensions. The issue appears to be in the extension connectors. Instead of screwing together like the two main poles, there is just a plastic tube that slides inside of the main pole on one side and the extension on the other. That’s it.Even with one, that would certainly affect the stability of the pole, but two seems almost dangerous. It needs to be pretty tight against the ceiling to be stable, but when you tighten it up against the ceiling enough to be stable, the pole bows at the connectors.I think that threaded pole extensions would fix this prob, but I dont know if they exist. We’re going to keep it for now and try it out. See if it will still work, unstable as it is.Otherwise it’s going back.

Product delivered quickly for a surprise party we were having. Very very easy to assemble. Was durable enough for the girls to play on it and even the drunk guys that attempted it. There is stationary position as well as twirling for the pole. The bag for transport is a added bonus for storage. The disco type lights made it add to the fun. Worth every penny spent. We actually forgot to take it down after the party and when kids came home asked about it lol ... our answer it’s mommys exercise pole to get into shape. Now we have the kids attempting flips on it. We have popcorn ceilings and just put a thin plywood piece between that and the pole which worked great. No movement at all.
