As a regular outdoorsy person, the PROHEAR 033 Bluetooth Hearing Protection has become my go-to companion during the sunny summer months, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer! This isn't just your average pair of headphones; it's like having a personal entertainment hub and hearing protection all in one.Pros:All-in-One Outdoor Bliss:These headphones are a jack-of-all-trades for outdoor enthusiasts like me. Not only do they shield my ears from loud noises like lawnmowers and power tools, but the built-in AM/FM radio lets me groove to my favorite tunes or catch up on the latest news without needing extra gadgets.Bluetooth Magic:The Bluetooth connectivity is a lifesaver! No more fumbling with wires or getting tangled up while trying to enjoy my music. The seamless pairing with my devices, be it my smartphone or tablet, is a breeze and adds a touch of modern convenience to my outdoor escapades.Comfort for Days:Wearing these for extended periods is a dream. The earmuffs are plush and comfy, and the headband doesn’t squeeze my noggin. It's like they were made with outdoor relaxation in mind, and I can wear them for hours without feeling the need to take them off.Protection Without Compromise:The noise reduction is legit! I can still enjoy the sounds of nature while mowing the lawn, but the earmuffs keep the loudness in check. It's like having my own personal volume control for the world around me.Durable Build:These headphones can take a beating. Whether I accidentally drop them or they get a little dusty during yard work, they hold up like champs. The rugged build gives me confidence that they're built to withstand the rough and tumble of outdoor adventures.Cons:Learning Curve for Controls:Getting the hang of all the buttons took a little trial and error. But once you figure it out, it's smooth sailing. A glance at the manual sorted things out, and now I'm a pro at adjusting the volume and switching between radio stations.Limited Bass for Music Buffs:While the sound quality is clear, the bass might not satisfy hardcore music lovers. It's decent for casual listening, but audiophiles might find themselves yearning for a bit more oomph. In conclusion, the PROHEAR 033 Bluetooth Hearing Protection has become my summer sidekick. It's not just about protecting my ears; it's about enhancing my outdoor experience. Whether I'm working in the garden, lounging by the pool, or tackling a DIY project, these headphones make everything better. If you're looking for a versatile, comfy, and durable audio solution for your outdoor endeavors, look no further. Highly recommended for those who want to turn their summer days into a personalized outdoor soundtrack!

Bought these for my boyfriend for snow blowing, wood cutting, lawn mowing. He has nothing but great things to say about them. Love’s that they are Bluetooth, the noise canceling is fantastic, and they are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Having been thru several pairs of 3M WorkTunes (w/ Bluetooth & AM/FM) thought I'd try something different. I first tried a pair with the name "Safety Earmuffs" - so bad I had to return. My review will be, in part, a comparison to the 3M product & the "Safety Earmuffs"Comfort is nice. Nice padding for top of head; the 3M's could get a little uncomfortable on top. I have what I consider to be a normal sized head - these adjusted to fit nice and snug w/o being too tight (unlike Safety Muffs which seemed child sized). Ear padding is nice, seems extra thick w/o causing the headset to look too wide.Bluetooth (music, podcasts, and sports) comes in clear. There is a little faint buzz in the speakers before it connects but nothing to bother me.AM/FM works well. Good sound quality. Picks up stations. Presets work well. Can be manually tuned - unlike Safety Muffs which had to scan every station and store as a preset.Overall functionality. Here's where these fall a little short of the 3Ms. The 3Ms is more informative. When you switch from Bluetooth to FM, it tells you "FM", which is nice so you don't have to take them off and look at the display. The volume knob felt a little cheap at first, but I guess now that I'm used to it seems OK. Overall is good, but 3M is better in this regard.Battery life. Probably was in the 20-39 use of Bluetooth usage when the battery finally gave out (again 3M tells you battery is low, while these just start going on and off). I do wish they had a model where i could put in my own AA batteries (as with 3M), cause once you put this on the charger you cannot use them. One last item - the charger. When I first got them I went to charge them but couldn't find a USB C slot (like most modern day rechargeable tech), instead it uses the AUX as the charge port as well. Not terrible, but it makes the change cable custom and not something you want to loose.Overall I'm keeping these over another pair of 3Ms mainly due to comfort. (as for what happened to my last set of 3Ms-- they went bouncing down a flight of stairs and sort of blew apart).

I purchased the ProHear Headphone EM033 about 7 months ago, and for the most part, they exceeded my expectations. The sound quality was fantastic, whether I was listening to the radio or my favorite podcasts via Bluetooth from my cell phone. The comfort and fit were also spot-on, making them perfect for extended listening sessions. However, after about 7 months of use, I encountered an issue where the headphones stopped charging altogether. I suspected that the battery might have been overcharged during periods of non-use, leading to its deterioration. Despite this setback, I decided to reach out to customer support to see if the issue could be resolved. The customer service experience was exemplary. Despite a couple of weeks of back-and-forth emails to troubleshoot the problem, the support team remained patient and helpful throughout. Eventually, they determined that the issue couldn't be fixed and promptly sent me a replacement pair of headphones. This level of dedication to resolving customer issues is commendable and deserves recognition.Overall, while I experienced a hiccup with the original pair of headphones, the exceptional customer service more than made up for it. I'm now enjoying my new pair of ProHear Headphone EM033, and I'm even considering purchasing another set for my wife, who has a habit of "borrowing" mine. Highly recommended for the sound quality, comfort, and outstanding customer support.

Originally I was concerned about the sound quality based on other consumer reviews particularly given the fact my hearing is not as it once was however I was presently surprised at the quality of sound. I had no problems listening to the radio while operating running an older model push gas lawn mower. I still have not yet figured out how to program radio stations so the latter needs work which accounts for the lower rating on "easy to use" section.
