I cannot stand the sound of a loud mower/leaf blower. I bought these just to try and for the price, I didn't expect much. Well, I tried them for the first-time last week and was surprised how much noise was shut out! I could still hear the mower, but it didn't hurt my hears and was tolerable.I am very grateful for these!

Product is well made, but really more for kids. Too small to be comfortable on and adult head, even though listed as child/adult. Does not adjust via the head band.
