Just received shipment today 12/29/2018. Was well packaged and all pieces verified present in box before starting assembly. BTW the 6 screws were already assembled in the shoe rack and must be removed prior to assembly. Instructions were not clear on this matter. You must assemble one side first. There is a left and a right to the wood frame identified under each leg. Allow 30 mins. to assemble and it would help to have another person available to hold the wood pieces in place while screws and dowel pins are being inserted. Read, read and re-read the instructions and look carefully at the included schematic before proceeding with assembly. Having said this assembly was a breeze. The materials were excellent quality and mahogany wood goes very well with our French Provincial bedroom set. I bought it as a birthday present for my husband and he absolutely loves it. I read all the reviews including the 1 - 3 stars and glad I did but also glad I did not let the really bad reviews change my mind about buying it. The valet holds his wallet, jewelry, ties, pants, shirt/jacket and iPhone and since we placed the unit in front of an electrical outlet that was available in our bedroom, his iPhone can be conveniently charged overnight. My husband now wants me to buy one for myself which I will do shortly. Very pleased with purchased and highly recommended.

Valet is as advertised. Good quality and pretty easy to assemble. It is fairly stable and the layout is very good in design.

For this price point I wasn't expecting anything crazy but this valet is definitely premium. The pieces are solid wood, are nicely stained and are very similar to what both of my grandfathers used. It's sturdy and it looks amazing in my opinion. I'm glad I went with this piece and not something cheaper.

Very well thought-out design and incredibly functional. They even thought of a tie peg to hang your tie on. I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed. 5-stars +

I always drop my work uniform on the floor end of day. Hated that. I’m lucky, I can wear a uniform for a couple of days. This is sturdy and easy to assemble. Looks great and has a place for everything. Definitely recommend.Update - this piece has a weird moldy smell to it. I’m trying Murphy’s Oil Soap. Hopefully it works if not I will be returning.

I am very satisfied, thus far, with my purchase. Yes, the instructions are in very small and confusing print; the screws that attach the bottom shoe rack bars were already screwed into the bars so it was confusing as to whether I had the right hardware, which I did. I am reading the reviews about missing parts, but I thought that too, but it was not true.Overall, fairly easy at putting it together if you, like me, are used to doing these sorts of home projects. This will serve the intended purpose very well.

Je n'ai mis que 3 étoiles pour le rapport qualité prix, mais il en mériterait 5 si tous les autres n'étaient pas aussi chers, sans réel justification.Le montage est relativement facile. Mais le résultat est élégant.
