bought this very last-minute for an international trip where we had rental cellos at our destination but no bows. the case arrived quickly and did exactly what I needed it to do. It was very sturdy and managed to withstand quite a bit of jostling, the odd accidental hit, etc. It kept my bow very safe and secure!! I was initially worried that the case wouldn't have the correct width for a cello bow, but mine fit perfectly fine. My one tiny complaint is about the shoulder strap: I wished the clasps were more sturdy and the strap itself was longer, however that is something that can easily be modified if necessary.

I was surprised at the quality of this one bow case. I play the cello and this is just the right size for a full size cello bow. Great for transporting to the shop and back.

The inside is so plush and I can carry both my bows, one 18" and one 22" in the bow case. And my rosin fits perfectly in the small pouch that's attached to the shoulder strap. The outside is very sturdy and very nice looking. The price is very good for what your getting.

This is a great bow case! Very durable! The strap it came with was very flimsy so I traded it with an old bass case over the shoulder strap I had. Protects the bow great! On rainy days it keeps it dry and protected. Very sturdy! Comes with handles and an over the shoulder strap. I’ve had it for 2 years. I’ve taken this bow case one tours with me to Ireland, New York, Georgia, and California. It passed TSA and was great to travel with.

I had purchased another bow case that did not even fit well in my bass bag. The other case did not have handles to carry it either and seemed very heavy. I am happy to say that this case is a great fit for my Finale German bow, fits well into both of my bass bags, has handles and a strap, and is lighter weight and securely protects my bow. Very happy with my purchase.

My son took his German bass bow on United Airlines using this case. He did not have any problems with bringing the bow on the plane as a carry-on item. He placed it in the overhead compartment. The case fit his bow nicely. He carried it all around LA and it made it home safely. I would recommend it.

I store my cello bow in this case on a daily basis. The velvety interior is gorgeous, and the hard shell leaves me in no doubt that my bow is safe. The case comes with a shoulder strap and luggage tag (which I doubt I'll ever use), they're very thoughtful additions.The only drawback is that I am very paranoid that I will catch the bow hairs on the zipper teeth every time I take the bow in or out of the case. As long as you're careful though, it isn't a problem

I purchased this case for my son's French Bass Bow. The bow fits perfect without the need for any modifications. It's a nice looking case, very functional. Don't expect the looks or quality of a $ 200 case for the price you pay for this. My son particularly likes the strap that he uses to sling the case over his shoulders.
