Bought for my 10 year old granddaughter. The case is beautiful, very well made inside and out. I purchased the black. The clarinet fits perfectly in the velvet covered slots inside the case. The case zips and there is a valcro wrap over the handle so tht you can secure the handles together for carrying if you choose not to use the shoulder straps.There is plenty of room in the zipper outside pouch for all accessories. The outside is padded which is excellent for my granddaughter who is not the most careful when handling the case. The padded shoulder strap is wide and comfortable. It makes carrying the instrument a breeze. I have grabbed it many times and it's very easy to walk around with if necessary. I would definitely purchase again.

I bought this case after getting the double clarinet case from the same manufacturer. I like how small it is. The only downside is my iPad Pro won’t fit into the side compartment zipped, unzipped yes. Regular iPad fits. Instrument fit is tight and secure, would highly recommend.

Great quality and it fits a Selmer 1400/Bundy Resonite clarinet perfectly. The case is light enough and not too bulky. The outside storage pouch is roomy, but not big enough for music storage. The added smaller pouch in that area is great for small things. The The only critique I can offer is that the oblong storage area inside the case is a bit awkward for storage. My old protec case had a square compartment that was more user friendly for me. Boxes for reeds will likely need to be kept in the zippered pouch if you carry more than a few reeds. I'm happy with it, no real issues or complaints.

The picture showed more of a standard blue but it's definitely a teal like the description says. It's got an interesting textured color like you see in my pictures. My daughter loves the color! The front zipper isn't big enough to hold a music folder. I've pictured 1 photo with a standard binder and another with a blue pocket folder inside to show you the size. This is potentially a deal breaker for us since the sole purpose of getting a new car was to hold music also. It holds the clarinet perfectly and has enough space to hold her accessories in the same compartment. The size is great! Not much bigger than a traditional clarinet case(also pictured next to our music binder to show size). It seems to be very sturdy and well made. For this reason I'm still considering keeping it and having my child use the front as a pocket for her binder. It seems like a snug but not tight fit to where it won't fall out without turning it upside down. The over $60 price is higher than I'd like to pay but it's constructed very well to make the price reasonable.

This is an excellent case for someone who is looking for a sturdy, light case that has several options for strap carry. Should strap. Backpack straps (buy separately).

My son absolutely loves this case (and as a former band student, so do I). His high school does not have band lockers and this is so easy and convenient for him to carry it around. The strap has a cushion to make it soft on the shoulders. It’s great quality inside and out and an added bonus are the zipper pockets it has on the outside of the case! I wish they had these cases when I was in school!

I have been using the Protect double clarinet case for several years now, and this case for a single clarinet case is no different. This is a very high quality case covered in ballistic nylon, very sturdy, and at a very reasonable cost for those looking for a lightweight case. The only issue that may arise is that some clarinets may not fit properly in the case, but most standard makes (Buffet, Selmer, etc) will. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED with a price of less than $100.
