Our original chaises were damaged during shipment. I emailed customer service and sent pictures. They immediately sent replacements that came in perfect condition. Their customer service is A+++ and was very easy to work with, great communication as well! With regards to the chaise lounge quality, they are very sturdy, manufactured impeccably and very easy to put together. Once they were assembled, they looked great! If you're looking for an outdoor chaise that will stand the test of time, I would highly recommend this product. Add a cushion for additional comfort.

I am SO impressed with these lounge chairs. They came extremely well packaged. Instructions were a little hard to follow but I was able to assemble with little issue ( video on product site is worth the watch) ~ I found it easier to line up back to place bolts with back “flat†, “matched “ to seat vs as illustrated, which was only difficult part. The second one was put together in 15 minutes! Sturdy and very beautiful, WELL WORTH the price, I highly recommend them!

I must say that I am very impressed with these chairs. The material is very thick and robust. All of the screws are stainless steel. Everything is well packaged and assembly took only a few minutes.

Love them! Look like wood but more durable. Got scratches when we assembled them. Sanded right off and looks brand new. Nice and sturdy. One had a cracked piece. Customer service was so easy to deal with and sent me a new chair immediately. I bought sunbrella cushions for them and they look great! Looks luxury. Highly recommend. No more leaking, rusting, and replacing. These will last many many years.

I am a 62 year old young lady and had zero problems putting these together! Super sturdy and look great on my patio. Personally, I do not need a cushion - all the comfort I need as is! And, they do not get super hot - so I can sit/lay on them while the sun is shining and not get 3rd degree burns!
