I had previously ordered the more expensive jacket from Ptahdus and I really liked it but the one I ordered was too large (on purpose) so I gave it to my son. I found out that with these Jackets you want to order them to fit more closely so that the heating elements are closer to your body. When I went to order one for me I had a little less money to spend so I ordered this less expensive one. When it arrived I thought….this will not be warm, I was disappointed. But I was wrong. In fact it’s so lightweight and non-intrusive that I find I am wearing it nearly all the time. I suggest buying an extra battery even though they’re about $49 on Amazon. While one is charging I use the other, totally worth the money if you don’t like being cold. My house is quite cold and there is nothing I can do about it. The other morning it was 20 degrees inside. After climbing out of my blankets I put on this jacket and was warm quite quickly. I should add that I also bought battery warmed socks. Woo-hoo! I’m good to go. P.S. nice addition is the heated pockets. I don’t have one complaint. P.S. My son loves his jacket. We washed his the other day and it worked fine afterwards. We dried it on low. I don’t know the actual washing instructions.

I gave 4 stars because so far it’s done ok. The sizing was perfect! I purchased when it was still warm where I’m located, but we’ve since had days in the 30’s and 40’s and the jacket heats up nicely. My reason for buying however, was the soon to be freezing weather we will experience and then I’ll see how well it does at those temperatures. The only thing I don’t care for is the battery. It’s bulky and that was expected, but the battery connection gets unplugged fairly easily, especially when you place your hand in the pocket to warm up. It is located in the inside left pocket which does not close. No Velcro or anything and it’s a fairly shallow inside pocket. All in all, so far, I’m happy I purchased the jacket. I just wish they had a better design for the battery. I can’t yet speak to how long the battery stays charged because I’ve not needed to have the heater running all day or even half a day. I’ll update this review as soon as I know the battery life.

Love this product. Worth every penny. I’m in car sales use it EVERY day. Ohio weather means nothing to this jacket. Works very well for the price. Battery is big and lasts long enough for what I do. Rain RESISTANT. Easily a 10/10 product

Sent to someone who lives in North Dakota where temps get into the negatives. He drives a bus and has to open the door a lot. Was so cold before the jacket. He said he’s so warm now and has gotten compliments on it.

I'm dissapointed with this PTAHDUS Men’s heated jacket, it's the most basic I've seen. It's lightweight because it's made with a thin, low quality fabric, which is the same fabric all over the jacket. And it has so little insulation that one can feel the heating coils. This jacket's main zipper is okay, but the side pockets zippers are hard to open and close. Also, the battery pocket doesn't have a zipper, yes, no zipper for the battery compartment.And this jacket connects to the included battery using a barrel power connector, which means that if the battery gets discharged, it cannot be quickly replace with another power bank with standard USB connectors. And this is very important, because unlike other heated jackets, this PTAHDUS Men’s heated jacket doesn't provide warm by itself, because it lacks insulation, it needs to be powered by a battery. There are a short USB Type-C cable, and a wall charger included.
