Great but I agree with other reviews we need more dividers. I have been searching to see if I can purchase more dividers for this product. If anyone knows how to purchase additional dividers it would be greatly appreciated to have this information.

Update. I change the review from a low rating to a 5 star rating due to the support.It took a bit of time for Golener to respond but they did, and made it right by going above and beyond. The unit is now working beautifully in our pot/pans cabinet and we have a more efficient use of space.5 stars. We are thinking of getting more installed. Thanks Golener. Â ************************************************************I purchased the two pack. Took a bit of work to get it installed but not too difficult.However, upon installing, I slid the rail out with one pan to check function - and it immediately separated - the top slider and the bottom rail detached. I reinstalled the top slider tightly and it immediately separated again.I've contacted the manufacturer, Golener, at the email they provided. 4 days later, no response.So the 1 star is merited.Thanks

We have been using these about a month. Here is what we decided:1. The dividers are not sturdy enough for pots and pans. They snap off and collapse and just can’t hold a larger pan.2. There is a lip on the bottom of the rack that catches the bottom frame is our cabinet. If your cabinet has any kind of ridge or frame, it will get caught and tear up the wood.3. Rails are flimsy and won’t move easily when filled with pots and pans. They don’t hold much weight and retain motion.4. We can fit 4-5 pans, in a Russian nesting fashion because the dividers don’t work, which is less than what would fit without the rack.We have a 102 year old house with original hand made cabinetry and these are not the solution to our organizational issues. We had to drill holes in the woodwork and the rack has cut grooves into the cabinet frame. It does not organize well because the weight of pans will snap the dividers off - they are held in place with a groove and tension and nothing else.We also bought stationary racks to compare and those work better for us.

Pull out is sturdy and easy to put together and adjust to fit your pots and pans however my cabinet has a slight lip. I had to install a shim in order to be able to pull out without snagging on the cabinet lip. Adding the Shim worked for my cabinet pullout installation but does not necessarily look great.
