I bought this for my boyfriend and it been the best thing ever. We use it almost everyday and it’s so nice to have in the winter time. Always having a warm towel after a shower and then a warm robe is so nice. We are able to fit our two towels in there with no issues. I love that it has a clean lux look and looks pretty in our bathroom. All I would say if that give it an ample amount of time to warm it up.

This device does work nicely to preheat towels and robes, but the best way would be to have very thick towels and possibly slightly damp to steam heat. The main thing about thinner towels is the warmth last just about as long as it takes to take them out. Nice if you are in an already steamy bathroom, but a very small amount of time going into a colder room.

It is not that warm. Soon as you get the robes or towels out in seconds the heat is gone before you even finish wrapping yourself up. Also heat sensitivity could be different for everyone. I think l would be be happier if the items would be warmer.
