I’m new to electroplating but thought I’d give it a shot. Used YouTube vids for guidance. These plate’s worked perfectly for my small parts. Plating original parts on a vintage VW Beetle and they look like “factory†new parts. Couldn’t be happier.

The sink in a small powder room needed a new faucet because the plating had worn off and was corroded. I could not find a new faucet because they are no longer available in such a small size. I removed the offending part, I put it in a jar of vinegar, connected it to a battery and the piece of zinc. It replated in a a matter of minutes, and looked like new.YouTube has many detailed instructions, including safety precautions.
